Herbal teas include any infusion made from flowers, bark, fruit, or leaves of any plant other than true tea (Camellia sinensis). With the exception of Yerba Mate, they contain no caffeine.

A truly satisfying cup of tea begins with the best water. Use cold, freshly drawn water from the purest, source available.

Allow just-boiled water to cool for several minutes. Pour over one tea bag per cup and allow 3 to 5 minutes for the mint leaves to infuse. Sweeten as desired. For caffeine free organic iced tea, brew double strength and serve over ice.
