Cassia acutifolia, C. angustifolia, C. senna), a time-honored herbal laxative widely used in both Eastern and Western medicine, and Triphala (three fruits), an ancient Ayurvedic formula traditionally used to normalize bowel function, improve digestion, and rejuvenate and strengthen tissues. TriphaLax also contains Coriander fruits (Coriandrum sativum) which are traditionally combined with Indian Senna to soothe and stimulate digestion.
