Q: When do you ship the order?

The orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after the order confirmation, and we will send you the shipping details with the tracking number. If the order is received before 2PM it is processed the same day for shipping. Orders received after 2PM, or on Weekends and Holidays are processed for shipping the next business day.                         


Q: What shipping method is used for the shipping the order?

Myvitaminmart.com offers Standard Flat Rate shipping in which the package may ship either through UPS Ground, USPS (postal service) or a combination of both, and usually arrives within 2-8 business days. We select the transit service by location and weight of package.

Yes, you can track your order online by visiting the shipper website and entering the tracking information that will be sent to you with your shipping confirmation.

We update our inventory every hour and the items will display “out of stock” if they are not available.


Q: How do I find out if the product is back in stock?

You can add your order in the wish list, and we will notify you immediately as soon as the product becomes available.


Q: How do I return a product that I don’t like?

Q: I received an incomplete order?

I may happen sometimes. We will send the remaining order as soon as the product becomes available. If you do not receive your product after 48 hours of receiving the incomplete order, please call us or email at customercare@myvitaminmart.com.
