Calcium deposition in bones makes them stronger for a longer period of time and the frequency of complains of pain in joints and bones lessens down considerably, but that is not the only thing it does. Calcium also plays a vital role in the contraction of muscles especially skeletal and cardiac. The contraction of the muscles increases strength and therefore overall performance of the body increases. This happens because; calcium is involved with the release of neurotransmitters from the pre-synaptic neuron. In order in increase the efficiency of the muscles and to strengthen the bones calcium should become a part of daily life.
