With passing time the body starts to decline and it affects all the structures present in the body. Most of all, the stores of minerals present in the body also get affected because they get used up instead of storing from the incoming source. In this case a pre-emptive action is better. Vitamin D supplements should be included in daily lives in order to reduce the risk of osteoporosis and bone weakening or at least in delaying the process of it. Therefore vitamin D should become part of daily routine.
