  • 4 Tips to Stay Healthy During Football Season

     

     

    Instead of damaging your health routine, why not do something about it. Create a healthy schedule to follow during football season, from taking the right supplements to eating the right foods/snacks.  

     

    - Instead of a greasy, crunchy snack try fruits and veggies instead. Chips and dip are not the right option.

     

     

     

    -Rather than having your favorite buffalo wings, make a lean grilled chicken and to still get that spicy kick, smother the chicken in your favorite hot sauce. 

     

     

    -During commercials, get up and get moving. Even if you're just walking to the kitchen for a drink, try sprints or mountain climbers.

     

     

    -And for the drink, if you can't stay away from the beer, have a glass of water for every beer and mix a pitcher of water with fruit to give it that added flavor.
